Versa setup issues

I started to setup my Versa three hours ago and yet not reached a quarter! Is that normal?

Nope it's not. It should thake about max 45 minutes, which IMHO is already a very long time, but had the same experience withe the Surge, Blaze and Ionic. Kindest regards, kuzibri

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
