Versa setup

I've been trying for 2 days to set up my versa. I keep getting to the point where it's setting up and it stays at 5%. I've reset my phone and the versa multiple times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I tried chat support but was disconnected. I'm seriously ready to send it back! Help!

Might be a brand new issue.  If you get how to do it... take it back!  Too many issues with different things with this thing.  I've already taken one back.  I'm on my second, then I give up.

Turns out it’s faulty! I went through all the trouble shooting steps with the chat support. Very disappointing 🙁

It seems it has nothing but problems. So far, only day 2, my new one is
hanging in there. Last one bottomed out after about 2 weeks. Hope your
able to get a refund!!
