Versa setup

Will not let me setup versa on my sons phone says unable to communicate with bluetooth. I have restarted disconnected everything. Tried call fitbit but got a person who wouldnt stop long enough to listen to what i was telling her. Please help spent two days working on this my garmin took 5 mins to setup

Hi @Caleb0201  What phone are you trying to set up with? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
