Having an issue with the shortcut buttons on my Versa. Sometimes when I press the top button I can only get notifications and when pressing the bottom right button, I get nothing. Usually, completing a reset by pressing the left and bottom buttons fixes the issue and the top button functions as I have set it to select the Weather app. The bottom button does nothing. It should pull up the Relax app. Versa Manual tells you how to arrange the apps so that the two buttons are shortcuts but also says to press the top right to read notifications? I have tried all types of resets to no avail. Suggestions?

Each button on the right he two functions a press and hold or a tap.
To access notifications a press and hold of the top button is needed.
To access the Shortcuts requires a tap of the button. Holding in to long is a different function.
In @SunsetRunner,'' screen shot above, tapping the top button will bring up the timer, tapping the lower button will bring up the Alarms.
Currently holding in the bottom button is not assigned to any function.

So sorry for the confusion, @FittyBitty315. But I’m glad you found us here. The buttons can be a bit confusing but it all became clear to me when I put it in proper perspective. The buttons can have different functions, on different screens. Where the button takes you will depend on your starting point.
For example:
I think the confusion from the manual comes down to one little word you may have missed. To access notifications using the top, right button, you have to press and hold the button. I missed it the first time I read it, too. Frankly I find it simpler to skip the button and just swipe down to see notifications.
I hope this helps. Please let me know.
