I’ve just got my versa today. set it up. turned it on. wore it for 5 mins.
next thing black/blank screen.
i’ve attempted to reset it about 8 times. i’ve kept it on the charger for 5 hours. still nothing.
plwase help?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know you've already tried to restart your Versa. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to try charging your Versa on a different USB port for 2 hours, then press one of the buttons to see if the screen wakes up. If not, try to restart it again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
