Versa is showing empty battery on app but has 43% battery - I’ve tried all solutions that I’ve seen but none have worked

In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for syncing issues. It may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Once you've done those steps, sync your Versa and see if the app shows the battery level that your Versa itself has.
