Versa shows a black screen

My Versa shows a black screen now after about 6 months' usage whenever I try to charge it it lights up somehow after I keep all buttons pressed but it soon vanishes and hasn't started since. I really need some help from the community I am an Indian and I cannot find any Fitbit Servics Centres here. Help.

@FarhanKhan, thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa's behavior and the steps that you've tried to get it working again. While we don't have a physical center where you can take your watch to, please give a try to the following troubleshooting so we can work on this together:

 

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your watch and charging cradle.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your watch to the charging cradle.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Restart your Versa one more time.
