Versa shows "Action failed" when using Quick Replies

I keep getting the following notification when using the quick replies on my versa......

Action failed. This notification has expired and is no longer valid. It sends my reply, despite receiving the notification and has been working fine until the last couple of weeks.

That is weird! Whatphone are you using? Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that gets it back in line.

I have been having the same issue as well, wondering if there has been any more thoughts on this.
