Versa spike in calorie burn for no reason

Hi there, I received my new Versa last Monday. Yesterday evening I was going through my stats for the day, and noticed the calorie burn was quite high in comparison to the number of steps I took. So I looked at the individual stats for steps, calories and heart rate. During the calorie burn spike I was actually watching tv for about an hour. My heart rate during this hour was around 70bpm and I only took about 50 steps. However, my calorie burn during this hour is rated "moderate" to"intense". It also rated the 15 steps I took between 18:00 and 18:15 as intense. What's happening here and how do I fix this?

@GingerDee can you post some pictures from Fitbit mobile app:

- calorie burn per hour

- steps per hour

- daily heart rate recording

Also, just in case reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes.
