I have a versa and the steps on my Fitbit don’t match the steps on my app. I have tried-
deleting the app
resetting my Fitbit
turning my phone off
forget my device
what else can I do? It’s a few hundred out

Could you please provide a few more details about the problem you've been experiencing. Is the information in the watch and Fitbit app not matching after you've synced with your account?
Are you experiencing this every day, after you sync your data using your phone?

The issue with steps on my device nit matching steps on my app dashboard started a few days ago. It’s approximately 700 steps off. So I’m losing steps. Even after it syncs. My steps, miles, etc aren’t matching
