While my Fitbit Versa was charging last night my previous days information did not reset to zero as it has done before. I have tried restarting numerous times but no luck. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I am tracking steps for a discount on next years health insurance and would really like the correct information when it syncs. Thanks.

Best AnswerNo, there is no special reset for steps. Since the Factory Reset didn't work, contact Customer Support.

Since you have tried restarting with no success, the only thing left to do is a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset. That returns the watch to how it was when you unboxed it.

Yes, you will be given detailed step by step instructions on starting back up. Incidentally, you should allow 30 minutes to an hour for the process a lot depending upon the speed of your broadband used during update. I recently had to do this and everything went smoothly and it did solve my problem.
Best Answerhave tried all the resets and my Versa still is not resetting my steps at midnight but everything else is. Is there a setting to reset steps that I am missing? This is getting very frustrating. I wish Fitbit could help with this. Thought I was purchasing a quality product and it is not working as expected.

Best AnswerWhat is the resolution to this problem. My fitbit versa steps are not resetting yet everything else appears fine. Even after factory resetting my versa the steps did not reset. In fact, they increased by another 1,000 steps even though I wasn't wearing the device. Has anyone from Fitbit provided a resolution? This is incredibly frustrating!
My versa is doing the same and not just that, it somehow is counting steps when i am not wearing it. I bought my Versa only two months ago so pretty disappointing. I will do a factory reset in the morning to see if this solves it.
