My steps per hour is not working - anyone else having this issue? I have already updated the fitbit app, restarted the versa fitbit, logged out and in from the app, and restarted my phone. Any advice on how to fix?

Is on the ersa or the Fitbit app that you are looking?
Since we are in the versa forum, I'm assuming your looking at the Versa.
