Does anybody have the details regarding the best way to get this fixed. I have rest and updated it 3 times without success. It's 3 months old. Can I just take it back to curries.

In what way is it not measuring correctly? Is it under counting? Overcounting? What is happening? You should try a factory reset before you return it go to the settings app on the watch and scroll down to About. You can return it to where you bought it if their returns policy covers this after this length of time, otherwise contact Support (link in my signature)

Thank you for your response. I have carried out the reset 3 times. It is
under measuring steps. Only showing a few hundred a day since last Friday.

Same with my Versa. It also counts like I am going up stairs when i haven't stepped on a single set of stairs. I have factory reset it with steps still off compared to two other step counters. And the stairs is crazy. I was at a casino last Saturday. A big flat one level casino. Said I climbed 32 floors.

Been very disappointed so far. I find the Versa off by a good 500 to 700 steps a day compared to the other step counters I use. Both the other two are around the same number and by counting at my work I find they are more accurate. Talk to FitBit CS and got the same generic response they probably feed everybody. Wish I could just give it back and get my money back.

Just to let you know
I reported this to fitbit via chat. They asked a few questions and had be
walk 100 steps. They took a look at the results and are now sending me a
replacement. So can't fault them . Hopefully the new one works as expected.
