I’ve had my Versa for a week now. I needed to charge it which I did. Since then I’m not receiving any notifications. I’ve trouble shot all the suggestions. I mean all of them! Still nothing.
Now I’m worried that I’ll get it working and need to charge it again and I’ll have to deal with this again. I love the watch but hate not getting the notifications.
Lastly the calendar reminders don’t show the entire text like my old Fitbit charge did. I have an iPhone 8+. Help please

Best Answer@Kasa59 I have tried everything as well but my Versa is still not sending me text message, phone calls - I am only receiving notifications from a couple of apps that I utilize. I totally agree - frustrating and time consuming especially being that I chose the Versa over the Apple watch ..... not sure what to do at this point....

So I have done everything recommended several times and I am still not receiving my text messages ... I have the iPhone X .... anything else I can try before I returning this Versa ?
Best Answer@Cherane you can try setting your Versa up from scratch after performing factory reset. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!
