Versa stopped syncing my data

Why is my fitbit not syncing all my data? Ive logged out on phone and logged out on fitbit and STILL not doing it. Come on fitbit sort it out, its seems to be one problem after another with these trackers. 😠😠

Unfortunately, syncing problems do seem to happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason. The usual things to try are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

@Magic28, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned before contacting our forums.

 

I would just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @SteveH.

I had the same issue, and thought I'd tried everything ( rebooting devices, closing apps), but thanks for the tip on "forgetting" the versa on bluetooth - I did that and selected the "always connected" option (had previously deselcted it to save battery as it was draining rapidly) and something triggered it to finally show my sleep score for last night & populate my resting heart rate graph ! Thanks!

(Crossing fingers it'll stop acting up!)
