Ever since fitbit was bought out by google and the recent firmware update my mom's and mine's fitbit versa watches have stopped syncing. I have uninstalled the app, tried different tablets and phones, removed the device from fitbit and factory reset the watches and still will not sync. And before fitbit asks the dumb questions yes bluetooth is on, phone and watch meet all requirements, and yes i followed your dumbass troubleshooting steps. please fix your mistakes.

I was able to connect to my lenovo laptop and sync. Not sure what android's problem is, but it's frustrating. Thanks Google.

Right! If my computers had Bluetooth I would try that.

Mines doing the same thing with Apple. Won’t load to my phone most of the time and won’t send anything to MyFitnessPal. Getting kind of annoying. Like you I also tried in pairing, pairing back, deleting and re downloading and everything else the forums said to do..

I kinda feel like this is a location issue. I don't remember location being required when I first got my V2. Almost like Google is forcing location tracking so they can make more money from ads.

I, too, am having the same issue. Have uninstalled it and re-installed, which typically helps. Nothing is happening. Won't connect to Bluetooth. Please advise!! We pay too much for this product for it NOT to work!
