Versa was syncing fine with S7, then stopped yesterday. Tried restarting phone & versa, logging out of Fitbit, etc. Nothing works. Help.

Same here, since yesterday after 10:00pm it hasn´t been able to sync. I have an unsupported phone (Moto X4) but it has been working just fine until yesterday

I wish I didn’t buy this to my wife.
Was fiddling several hours to set it up.
Now it does not sync and connect fails.
Phonetype is iPhone 7 with latest ios. So it’s not the phones fault. Bad product and sw/chip implementation.
Reading this board is really discouraging and disappointing, and confirm that the product is flawed and there isn’t any long term sw solution availible.
We had it for for days.

I was having the same problem with my Galaxy S6 until I turned off the battery saving mode. Once I turn that off the sinking became stable.
