Versa stopped tracking heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Versa has stopped measuring my heart rate all of a sudden. I have followed all suggestions and checked all the settings, but nothing. This is causing that sleep measurements aren't done and exercise records are incorrect. Please advise what I could do?

Thank you so much for the speedy reply!

I will have at the article and give it n try. What I have done so far is restarting the device, resetting the heart reading preferences. But I have noticed that the light at the bottom of the screen (I assume detecting motion? - not sure sorry) does not flicker at all anymore?

I did think about restoring to factory settings and seeing what it does, but I prefer this to be the last resort?

I'll quickly check the article, if it does work, I will let you know as well.

My HR sensor has also stopped working.  I have tried all the "fixes" listed here in the forum and even finally did the factory reset.  After several attempts, it is still not working.  What can I do now??

I am having similar issues. The heart rate is no longer being recorded along with the steps per hour no longer showing and the sleep tracking due to the heart rate not tracking and now I am having to charge the Versa daily and was able to get almost a week worth of use before.  I have tried solutions offered through the forum. I have restarted several times and checked all my settings.  The only thing I haven’t tried is the factory reset. Any additional help would be appreciated

My HR has stopped working multiple times in the past week. I restart (turn off HR then restart and turn back on). This usually works for a short period of time (day or 2). Today it will not restart and o  top of that, now my steps have stopped accumulating???? Very frustrating!

Did you get a solution to this? I'm having the same issue, followed all troubleshooting including factory reset (after exporting data). Thanks

Nope, nothing worked, and didn't get too much info on how to fix the
problem. As far as I could figure out, seems the battery has given out, so
I am not able to try anything else.
