Versa stopped tracking hourly activity

I've had my Versa for a couple weeks now.  Everything was working great until today. My Versa suddenly stopped tracking hourly activity, and I'm  not getting the prompts to move every hour.  Even though I have hit my hourly step goal, it still shows 0 out of 9 active hours.  Has anyone else had this issue?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @Ksgirl123. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are not getting reminders to move on your Fitbit Versa and your hourly activity goal is not getting recorded. Please make sure this feature is On by doing the following steps:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the hourly activity tile. This is the tile that shows the number of hours you completed 250 steps.
  2. Tap the gear icon and turn Reminders to Move on.

 

If this doesn't help, please perform a restart to your Versa by following these instructions.
