A few days ago my Versa got stuck on the Fitbit logo and stopped syncing to my Pixel 2 XL. A restart, factory reset, and connecting to the charger did not fix the screen. I tried to sync and repair to my phone but that was unsuccessful because it said it could not locate the device. A day passed without my Versa then I come back to it to attempt the troubleshooting again and it worked. I paired it to my phone and everything was fine. Fast forward to today...my Versa it totally unresponsive. I knew the battery wasn't dead but I left it on the charger anyway. The screen is still black and does not turn on with any of the reset options.
I'm so frustrated because I just got this Versa in June and it has already been replaced once for similar problems. This is the second time Fitbit has failed me. Maybe its time to move on to another brand.

@AsiaCC I've merged both of your threads so that users can reply in the one thread.
Have you tried performing a factory reset using the 3 button hardware method as below? Might be worth giving a go if you haven't.
Fitbit OS Hardware reset
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
