Versa stopped working after a factory reset

Hello,

 

This afternoon my Fitbit starts acting weird pulling up my music app/work out list/notification shut off my watch to reset that did not help, then I did a factory reset and I got a red x and saying factory reset data not cleared sync and try again, I remove my watch from Bluetooth and app and try holding the buttons on the watch and that did not work, and red x and saying factory reset data not cleared sync to keep showing up. look like this new update killed my watch have to get a new one RIP my Versa.

Hello,

 

So today I re-connection my Versa to by and it links back up, but now stuck on white logo then when I shut off and back on my verse it goes back to the red x and saying factory reset data not cleared sync.

 

last night I did not know I can still re-link my Verse with the red x and saying factory reset data not cleared sync logo on the screen.
