I updated the firmware on my Versa yesterday and this morning it completely shut off! It won't turn back on and the lights on the back are off. I spoke to customer service who exhausted the troubleshooting steps with me and had advised that I'll get an email from the warranty folks. I'm not optimistic as I bought my Versa second hand and it's an older model. What can I do to fix my watch? It was in perfect condition yesterday and the update just broke it. Is there anything I can do?

The same thing happened to my watch this morning also. And versa has only offered me 35% off another one Because it’s past the warranty. Why would I want to buy another one if someday there will be an update to the app and this could happen again? Seems to me like they should be fixing this problem.
