Is it possible to reverse the latest software update? My verse 2 has not functioned properly since the latest update.

Hi @Leveller  no, you can't revert to a previous version of the software, firmware or app.

Hello,
The main problem is the battery drain. It only lasts for a few hours, so I cannot record sleep patterns, or record steps if I am out for the day.
Also, I’m not too happy with the new graphs.
Thanks.

@Leveller Thanks for getting back and the details provided.

If the battery started draining after the update, try the following experiment :

Log out of the Fitbit app and swipe off the active face on your phone and turn off the phone's Bluetooth, then hold the watch button for 10 seconds until it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. In this disassociated state the battery should last as before

Regarding the sleep graph, if you have ideas for how we can make the Sleep interface even better, please share them on the Product Feedback board. Your suggestions can be upvoted by other users, making them more likely to be seen by our team.

Hello,
Woken up to a dead battery again, so that didn’t work.
Can the battery be replaced?
Thanks.

Hi @Leveller the Fitbit is like many of the smartphones today - batteries cannot be replaced.

Search the forums. There's a ton of us with the exact same issue. The thread was started I want to say the beginning of March and it's still going. There's about 60 comments so far.

I’ve given up on the Versa and gone back to my old Inspire HR.  It seems to work fine after updating.
