Since the firmware upgrade, I've had nothing but issues. The battery for instance. It will not stay charged. Talking with support hasn't been helpful. They want me to turn off this or that. Hell, if I wanted a watch without "this or that" I'd purchased another watch. On a fully charged watch, it will not last a 2 hr bike ride. Unacceptable.
Another issue. I've been riding the same route for over two years but it seems now that my Versa will not record the whole route. My last ride wast over 26 miles but the Versa only recorded 7.3 miles on a fully charged Versa. WTH??
I'm about ready to go to another brand if I can't get these and other issues resolved.
Not happy with Fitbit right now.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
Additionally, our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

So how do we fix this? My watch was working perfectly and I was loving it. I've reset, changed the clock face, etc. And it's still draining in less than 24 hours. 😡

So, what you're saying is that I'm up the creek. There is no solution to my problems other than purchase another brand of a fitness watch. After all the years I've been with Fitbit, this is the response I get. So sad.
