I have the FB505 Special Edition. It has worked great for quite some time. It has not been damaged in any way and a few months ago it started acting up for no reason. It only works when it feels like it! It will work fine for a day or two then it will go blank. When I try to sync with the app it, it shows it with a 99% charge but won't do anything. When I got it to work at one point, I performed all of the suggested steps to reset everything. I've done this process several times and it still won't work properly.
I think the manufacturers do this on purpose in order to get you to upgrade and buy their newer models.
I am over it and don't think that I will be replacing it with another FitBit. Looking at others to replace it now.

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
