Hi,
My original Versa suddenly stopped working when disconnected from the charger, and keeps going onto a boot loop when connected.
So I connected my Versa yesterday night to charge as usual. It started at 80+%, and this morning when I disconnected it I noticed it wasn't responding, even when I long press the left button to turn it on. I plugged it back in and it started booting up to the main screen where it showed "0" but a full bar on the battery indicator. So I left it to charge for a while but once I unplug it, it goes dead. Often, when charging, it goes in a perpetual boot loop where I see the Fitbit logo, then the display dims, before it turns off again. Then, after a few seconds, I see the Fitbit logo again. I got it to boot to the main screen once and it seems to be getting notifications, and I saw that the battery indicator shows 100%, but for some reason once I unplug, it goes dead.
Any ideas why?

It could be a clock face issue or a watch fault. You can try changing the former.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Yes I did, they were not able to help me, and my Versa is out of warranty so I'm SOL.

Why do you think your watch is not working?
Is it flat? - try charging it.
Is it charging? - Have a look at the suggestion posted here for isolating watch and charge state
Is it off? - try a restart of the watch with the buttons
Did you factory reset - then it could well be dead, as that operation doesn't always work, there is a bug in it?
If you can get it to work and sync, but no screen, try changing to the Fitbit Layers clock face in the Fitbit App.
@goister Doesn't sound promising but have you tried the above, especially changing the clock face, as it will work on the charger.
Also check for condensation in the little windows on the back with a magnifying glass.
If found it needs to dry out for some days [on its left side]. It may work again but unreliably [short battery life].

No I haven't tried changing the clock face. I've already unpaired the watch though haha. Let me see if it'll even boot up now then maybe I can try pairing again.
