My Versa wouldn't allow me to turn my alarm off yesterday and then went black. It had a full battery when this happened. It will not turn on using the left and bottom right button or holding all three buttons for a factory reset. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Best AnswerBasically the exact same thing just happened to mine yesterday as well! My screen started flashing on and off did it non stop for probably a good 2-3 hours then stopped and the screen was black this morning. It was almost fully charged when this started. I powered it down during all this twice, and as soon as I would turn it back on it went right back to flashing. Christmas will be one year with it. I’m calling customer service in the morning for sure!
Best AnswerI called customer service and they are replacing mine. Call them as soon as possible. Their number is (877) 623-4997. They answered immediately and tried some of the trouble shooting I read on here. When it failed to work they offered to replace it with an identical Versa or give me a different Fitbit item at 50% off. Excellent customer service!
