I purchased a versa in March 2019. It worked well until about two months ago. Over the last 60 days it started to report my resting heart rate to be much lower than it really is. Then, it stopped working completely. I placed it in its charger and it never lit up. I kept it in the charger for more than 24 hours.
I tried a soft reset a few times without success. Then I turnedIt off completely and it would never turn on.
Do I have any options? It seems like an awfully short period of time to have a relatively expensive instrument like this just die.

Hi there, @TR24. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
I was wondering if you felt any kind of vibration when performing the restart? If you didn't, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a manual factory reset with the steps below:
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
