I've had this watch for over 1yrs without any issues
After the update it stopped charging.the charger and cable are working.after a lot of different trouble shooting this is what worked
Step one....do a factory reset.go to setting on the watch and factory reset.
Step two....delete the watch in the phone app
Step three...re-pair watch to phone and update....remember recharge the watch and and your phone to 100% and then put them ontop of your WiFi router so then can get full signal
Hope this helps
And Fitbit should stop the roll out of the update for now till they have a fix

Hi @abdul2961 - others have reported a problem too with not charging after the update - this may help them.
Quite why this happens is a mystery and a restart might solve it but why is it necessary and why does a factory reset fix it?
