Hi, my versa has starting playing up with not turning on after charging or if I hold the main button down long enough it will either display the Fitbit logo only or it may show my Home Screen but the dates and times are all out of whack plus it’s not syncing my actual steps I do each day correctly. Is it due for replacement , a battery ??

Hi there, @Teenz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like you have unpaired the Versa from the Fitbit app, but not from the phone's Bluetooth settings, so your watch is asking you to pair it again. Note the error message you're receiving on your watch's screen usually appears when you've performed a factory reset without first unpairing the watch from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
That being said, please try the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Once you manage to sync your watch to your phone, you can try updating your Versa. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

If you get the Fitbit logo you may have done a factory reset and it needs to be setup again in the App.
When you place it on the charger it should tell you the level of the battery, if its charging correctly, so you will know the battery state.
As probably in a factory condition it won't be usable until its setup again.

I fixed it thank you with the suggestions. But I was out visiting last weekend and the whole face of the watch came off. Can’t fix that so I think I’ll need to throw it out now. I don’t understand why that has happened as I look after my items
