Versa stuck on Fitbit logo

First my fitbit wasnt recording any of my steps or other information even though it was syncing. I did a reset but now the fitbit logo keeps rotating with different languages. I am unable to reset the screen and it does not allow any changes just a rotating fitbit logo that shows all different languages. I don't even get a buzz when trying to turn it off. Help please

Hi there, @Jamminnow. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is stuck on that message. I will do my best to help you with this!

Did you try performing a factory reset, didn't you? If so, it seems that your Versa is asking you to pair it properly. With that being said, I'd suggest doing the following:

  • Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows the Versa as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa.
