Hi guys. I'm hoping someone here can help me. I bought a brand new fitbit versa about a month ago. Yesterday I finally received it and went to do the firmware upgrade. On my phone it gets to 100% and starts from the beginning. This happens over and over and over. I even went to bed and left it to update. In the morning it was still updating. It had just started from the beginning again. I tried updating via my PC. And it says the update is done. But then the fitbit gets stuck on either the black and white fitbit logo or does the welcome screen again. I have tried every troubleshoot possible. What's next?

@AmyisAwessome @Keia Close your Fitbit app, reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes) and start again. You might need to reboot your tracker several times in a row.

I have the same issue here. I have tried all the steps in the help section but still no luck!
I have sent an email to the support team, when I get the response I can share it with you (unless you also sent an email? 🙂 )
I hope this issue will get solved - so annoying!

@AmyisAwessome in that case you need to reach out to Customer Support. This looks like a software glitch.
