I’m so frustrated...I’m about to sell my Versa...my versa needs to update but has been on installing for the last 3 hours. This is the 34th time I have tried to update it today. I am sitting right in frontbencher of the router and I have tried every single suggestions I have come across the internet. What do I do?? Why is it not installing??

@clcohen07 Try on different wifi network or over Bluetooth. Reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes) to start the update again.
