Versa stuck on the firmware update process

I have been trying for 6 MONTHS to update my versa and I have now officially given up, nothing is updating it. No update tracker, trying to update on different devices and yet nothings working. Can anyone help?

Hi @TPADYT, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is stuck on the firmware update process. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
