Purchased my boy a Versa, trying to connect it to his PC which runs Windows 10, it's in the cradle, it asks for the pin, we put the pin in and it just sticks on the finishing up screen.  We have bluetooth open on the computer and Wifi, so I don't know what its issue is... any suggestions?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having taken the time to report this to us. At this moment I would like to ask you to follow these steps in order:

  1. Close the Fitbit app on your computer, then open it again.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on your computer; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  3. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  4. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your computer and try again.
  6. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your computer and try to set up the Versa one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
