 My versa is stuck on exercise mode. How can i get out? Not sure how i got there on the first place.

Try to restart it.  Hold down the left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit logo.

That worked for me, before even getting to the fitbit logo, it took me back to the main menu where I was able to back out to the watch-face.
