Versa display corrupted

My Versa is only lasting 36 hours and has got all these green lines coming through the screen that then after a second means you can't see anything. What has happened and how do i fix?

Hi @Joannathornton  Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix the screen please come back here.

It was good for a few hours and now has come back again
