Versa sync inconsistent

Just got my Versa last Thursday and love it ... but syncing exercise is strange.

 

  • Saturday my jog synced fine but the map was wrong although on the internet dashboard it was right.
  • Sunday my jog counted everything but would not show on the exercise after syncing either on my Android phone app or the internet dashboard.

 

At home I put the Versa in the charging cradle and it connected to my internet. Then the jog showed up on my Android app and my internet dashboard. Even though both were showing the steps and such from the syncs it would not show the exercise.

 

By the way, the map was correct on Sunday on the app and dashboard. Weird. Any advice other than waiting for the putting the Versa in the charger to get it to sync?

Friday and Saturday (Today) it synced with no problem.  Must have been a glitch or the report I made to tech support got a bug fix downloaded.

Thanks for the information provided. Have you experiencing this same issue after the weekend? Could you provide me a screenshot of your information by following the instructions provided in this post?

 

In the meantime, if the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After syncing you might have to wait 15 minutes for the information to update.

Just wondering if anyone else has tried an exchange for the syncing problems? I've not had a single time using the app where syncing has just worked. No idea if it's just "teething issues" or if I should just go exchange. 

 

And unfortunately, yes, I have tried all the uninstall/reset/delete Bluetooth etc "fixes". No dice. 😞

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me.

My fitbit Versa syncs to the app but doesn't sync the daily movement (250 steps between 7am-6pm. I have tried rebooting the fitbit but it hasn't worked? Can you please help?
