Versa sync issues after setting up Aria 2

My Versa was syncing fine with my Google Pixel 2 before I got the Aria 2. But after setting it up, I noticed that only the Aria 2 shows up as a Device in my profile. And when I go thru' the "Setup a Device" process for the Versa, my Google Pixel 2 can no longer find it via Bluetooth (although I have the Versa in its cradle right next to the phone and fully charged up).

 

I've tried many things - restarting my phone, turning BT on/off on it, exiting the Fitbit app on the phone. But nothing seems to work.

@Cupersuper28 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that you experienced with your Versa since it disappeared after setting up your Aria 2. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to set up your Versa again.

 

In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
