Versa sync issues

Hi

 

ive had my Versa for 5 days now and struggling to sync it. It connects then cycles thru looking - connected -syncing - looking etc all within a few seconds of eachother

 

ive tried all the troubleshooting advice and still getting the problem. I’ve disconnected it from the app; turned off Bluetooth; done a factory reset and it’s still happening- I shouldn’t need to do all this 4 times a day to sync steos

 

disappointed - should have stuck with my flex 2 😔

What device are you trying to sync it with? Is it supported?

I can't sync my fit bit versa.  I tried everything.

@Vixclem, have you tried charging it?  You said you had the Versa for 5 days, but the battery only lasts about 4 days.
