Versa syncing, GPS and distance issues

Having recently swapped my Surge for a Versa I have been extremely disappointed with the products performance and have experienced a number of difficulties that I feel that I am continually rectifying. Instead of enjoying the product and am frustrated these are the issues:

  • Fails to sync on a regular basis
  • Doesn't track any activities such a running (displaying maps)
  • Loses the GPS signal constantly
  • The distance recorded appears to be vastly out of sync in relation to the Surge and given distances.

 

I feel that I need to return the product and plump for the Ionic.

I would appreciate any feedback.
