I have just purchased the Versa. I've synced with my Sony M5 phone but I am not receiving any calls or texts etc onto my Versa? Can anyone help please?

Have you checked if your phone is a compatible mobile device? If you haven't, I recommend checking that here.
When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
