Heart rate monitor not working and watch not syncing to phone.

This is an issue for a lot of people currently and its like fitbit is not getting the memo or something. Hope you can get your fixed soon.

If you haven't done so, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue. Regarding the heart rate tracking problem, please follow the steps included in this help page.
Finally, monitor your watches during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
