Versa syncing issue

When I sync the time will say 11 mins ago why?

Where are you seeing this message? Maybe it means that your Versa synced 11 minutes ago. A screenshot would be great.

hi I am on windows 10 app. dashboard little square icon .go to sync.completes then says updated 11 mins ago even tho just done it and it does update everything? also im unable to change clock face its on standard one. I click on clock face then tells me plz make sure Bluetooth on. (my Bluetooth is on if I just synched watch?
