This is my Hail Mary before returning my Versa, which I received as a gift on Monday and still haven’t been able to properly set up (today is Saturday). Using the device has been an incredibly lackluster/frustrating journey, and the user experience has been atrocious.
Problems:
1. Erases steps and exercise
2. Does not record sleep data
3. Phone deletes any data collected through the Versa
4. Continuously disconnects from wifi
5. Now won’t sync to phone during setup of evidence
“Possible Solutions” I've tried:
1. Restart phone
2. Update iOS
3. Reset watch (have done isn’t multiple times)
4. Switch Bluetooth off, back on
5. Delete Fitbit app, redownload - now stuck in setup and am unable to even initially sync the device to the app just to get started
At this point, my Versa isn’t even displaying the correct time - a $200 paperweight. Any iOS users out there with more success?
