Versa worked amazing until the update. Now I get call notifications but no texts. It keeps telling me I have Bluetooth issues and will not sync.  It is not tracking my stuff properly now either. Please fix asap. I have tried every trouble shooting article you have. It is the firmware update. So frustrated!

Hey @MzPatch, I hope you are doin' great! Smiley Happy Don't you worry, I'd like to give you a hand on this. If you are getting syncing issues and no receiving text notifications on your Versa, I would to confirm with you that you have followed these troubleshooting:

- Why won't my device sync

- Set up notifications again

Yes, I have read and done all the trouble shooting that you help section provides. I am not the only one having this problem either
