Hi, I've had several issues with the Bluetooth on my Versa for the last month. The app constantly tells me it can't find my tracker, I've unpaired it and paired it again countless times. Turn on/off Bluetooth. Turned all the settings on to keep it synced and I'm at the point I need to know how I return this Versa to Fitbit. It's borderline ridiculous that this is happening. My Charge 2 never had an issue. How do I get a warranty replacement/refund?

No it isn't. But they newest motorola devices they have are 4+ years old. Phone worked with charge 2, I find it more likely Fitbit hasn't updated their list of devices.

Welcome to the Forums @Sword182 and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.
If your phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Versa but you might experiencing some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Now about your inquiry, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Fitbit.com for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. For more information check our warranty policy.
See you around.

Keep in mind the Versa uses a completely different operating system. Just because the phone worked with the Charge 2 doesn't mean it will work with the Versa. it doesn't mean it won't, it just means Fitbit has not tested your phone.

I get that it's a different os, just makes me think they did their integration on older platforms. Oh well.

So I think I've solved it. I spent a couple of hours pouring over the forum. This is what I did. I removed every device in my bluetooth settings, turned off bluetooth, restarted my phone. Turned off my versa and turned it back on. I was about to add my versa back in bluetooth when my wife sent me a text and it came through my versa. I never had a chance to pair my device. So far for the last hour I have had zero sync issues. Not sure why but it is working and I'll take it.
