Versa syncing when not connected to bluetooth

Hi all, 

Besides my Versa having an awful charge hold, it seems to be syncing even when my phones Bluetooth isn’t on! It’s done this on multiple occasions too. Not a clue how but my phone is the only device its connected to. 

Any ideas on why/how it’s doing this?!

If your fitbit comes within range of a computer running the fitbit connect software and with a fitbit wireless dongle in place then it will automatically sync. It doesn't have to be your computer or dongle.

This often happens where a work colleague is a fellow fitbit user and uses their work computer to sync.

Note that when this happens the computer just acts as a gateway to the fitbit servers - they will not have any access to your data and nothing will be stored on the computer.

Its actually whilst I’ve been at home and I’m the only one with a Fitbit in the house. At the times it’s synced I haven’t had any devices connected or running - laptop switched off and Bluetooth on phone off. Bit strange but it must be that one of them was on at the time it synced.
