Make sure your watching it syncing with the phone Fitbit App, if it isn't it won't be able to communicate anything.
Check your setup has been done properly.
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined. Also App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from. |

I’m having the same issue unable to access any notifications on my app or watch. Unable to open notifications at all seems like feature has been removed

@Valerie77 Your problem is different. If you can't get into Notifications setting in the Fitbit App, its an App problem or bug [IOS ].
To clear it - try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and then do notification setup. |
