Today app needs an update. Try checking if there's update for Today app in your Fitbit mobile app (make sure you're running the recent version). If yes, that's great, update. If not plug your tracker for a couple of hours in the charger. It should update the Today app eventually by itself (usually within a few hours).

Welcome to the Forums @Odarley.
Have you tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Hi, I’m also unable to see my today stats, this is after updating my Fitbit versa. I’ve restarted it a couple of times but it still isn’t working

Fitbit support have come back to me to say they are aware of the problem and are looking into it. I suppose we just need to watch this space for now

My stats are not showing anymore on my fitbit versa. I was able to do yesterday before I did the latest firmware update. Can someone help to fix this problem? Thank you!

Hi all!
I had the same problem - I tried re-setting my versa multiple times, plugged it in to the charger overnight, shut down my phone and app to restart everything - nothing worked.
BUT I FIGURED IT OUT! If you have an iPhone and did the update on your versa, you also have to update the Fitbit app itself through the App Store. I updated the Fitbit app (update from 12/10) and it took a few minutes to fully update the ‘Today’ app within the Fitbit app, but once 'today’ installed fully in the Fitbit app (I had to manually start the installation) it was back!! It immediately showed back up in the app and on my versa. Woohoo!
Hope this helps!!!

Hi! I’m not sure if it works for Android, I have an iPhone. It’s probably worth a try though! If you do try and it works, please let us know. 🙂

@Fat2Fit_1978 by stats on your Versa, do you mean they are not displayed:
- on the main versas screen aka clockface
- in the today app (swipe up on the main screen to access)?
Or perhaps, you share the common issue of not being able to open Today app on your Versa? If by any chase you meant stats on the clockface, it means your clockface needs an update as it is not compatible. Change the clockface to resolve this issue.

For Android all you have to do is go to the watch settings on actual watch and shut down. For versa 3 at least, I'm not sure the others. Nothing to do with phone.
